Our Customer Care Policy
We have a documented customer care policy which includes an after-care and quality control process. 90% of our clients give us repeat business. We like to provide a personal touch by sending hand written 'Congratulations On The New Job' cards along with a personalised gift to each candidate before they start a new permanent role. We remain in contact with both our clients and our candidates several months after our candidates start a new role in order to resolve any issues, to continue building the relationship and to ensure the candidate is happy in their new role. We collect feedback from our clients and candidates after every placement and also every 6 months after that to ensure high standards of customer care are met. This process also gives us the opportunity to highlight any potential areas for improvement we need to make to our services or approach as well as highlighting the need for any staff training.
Our Social Responsibility Policy
Digitalent supports several national cancer charities including Myeloma UK and Macmillan Cancer Support. Along with our support for charities, we mentor young people in the Digital industry through initiatives such as Agent Academy in Liverpool and General Assembly in Sydney. We also regularly invite sixth form students from Liverpool Life Sciences UTC to attend our Meetup event called "We Love Digital - North West" in order to hear from industry speakers and network with senior professionals in the region.
Our Environmental Policy
We recycle all unwanted stationary, printer cartridges and plastics. One of our company values is "Recruit From Anywhere" so our team is based remotely and work from home most of the time. This means that we have a very low carbon footprint as a business because our staff work from home most days and therefore don't commute. We don't have central office locations that use lots of heating and electricity. We try to remain paperless as much as possible. All of our client terms of business documents as well all of our candidate contracts are signed electronically which eliminates the needs for large amounts of printing and postage.
