Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…train users in Microsoft Dynamics AX in classroom and online environments as well as create your own training material. You will provide 1st level support to AX users both in person and over Skype. You will collect requirements directly from users so that development can improve the AX system.
Amongst others, your tasks will include:
- Conduct training in Dynamics AX to end-users in Operations
- 1st level Support on Dynamics AX to end-users in Operations
- Ensure development and maintenance of End User Procedures for Dynamics AX
Skills & experience they are looking for:
- Broad experience with training and support of Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Excellent all round communicator
- Team player who is naturally very supportive as a personality
- Someone who can work autonomously but still achieve high results
