The role:

As Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) Consultant, the main responsibilities are to consult and support the organisation on existing processes and solutions, as well as developing and driving new projects. The Dynamics 365 CE application is widely used throughout the organisation, which means that cooperation with the business is rather multifaceted. Also, the Resco Mobile CRM Application is widely used on tablets and phones all over the organisation and is also an area of responsibility.

To live up to the above, requirements must be gathered from a broad range of the company’s value chain and analysed in a well-structured manner. The consultant must support the business in pointing out key stakeholders with valuable input to projects and changes both internally in IT and in the business. Afterwards, the consultant is responsible for designing the solutions and deploy projects and changes of any size and complexity. If necessary, the consultant will manage handover to and cooperation with external vendors and be responsible for scoping and progress.

Owner of application support, including second line support for end users with issues regarding the use of application or current processes. A strong relationship to super users must be built and maintained to facilitate a sound governance structure.

You will be a part of a DYN365 CE/RESCO/PowerApp team where you will be the IT expert in various IT solutions  in this role with focus on:

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solutions
  • Resco Mobile CRM
  • PowerApp
  • Creating Design Manuals for CRM and Mobility Solutions


The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Dynamics 365 CRM (CE / Customer Engagement) development experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Resco / PowerApp
  • Certified CRM Developer – Ideally but not essential
  • Good Training skills  Give presentation and training to people. (Classroom and one to one training)
  • Excellent English skills both oral and in writing
  • Ability to transform business requirements into solution proposals
  • Experience with vendor interaction
  • Experience with super user engagement
