As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their clients receive unparalleled support and guidance throughout their entrepreneurial journey. They are looking for:

- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional services.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and synthesize client feedback for product enhancement and innovation.
- Base Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year (commensurate with experience and business growth).
- Bonus/Incentives: Performance-based bonuses (5-10% of base salary) tied to key metrics.
