Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Consultant to join our growing team in Sydney. This role involves designing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that meet the strategic objectives of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in AI and machine learning, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and formulate AI-driven strategies.

- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and frameworks to solve specific business problems.

- Lead AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they align with client expectations and timelines.

- Conduct research on current and emerging AI technologies and methodologies.

- Provide expert guidance and training to clients and internal teams on AI-related matters.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulatory compliance, and business trends.

- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI consulting, machine learning, or a similar role.

- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.

- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in deploying AI solutions in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with natural language processing, computer vision, or robotics.

- Previous consultancy experience in a client-facing role.
