Chris Morrow - Managing Director & Founder
Chris started his career in recruitment back in 2005. Since then he has worked for recruitment agencies in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Manchester and Sydney focusing the majority of his time on recruiting Software Developers and Designers in Permanent, Contract and Executive levels roles.
Chris has a degree in Information Systems which means he has a deep understanding of software development and technology. Our clients benefit from this knowledge because Chris fully understands each client's technology pain points, what solutions they are aiming for in their business, why they are important and also possible alternatives to in demand technical skills. Chris' background also helps to properly and thoroughly vet each candidate's suitability for technology roles.
Outside of Digitalent, Chris is a family man with his hands full (3 daughters under 4 years old). He's also the world's biggest Celtic FC fan!
Dillan Leslie-Rowe - Managing Partner (Australia)
Dillan began his recruitment career in Manchester in 2008 working for Europe's largest IT recruitment agency. Over the course of 4 years he managed some of their biggest accounts including Barclays and Vocalink, recruiting across a wide range of technologies on both a contract and permanent basis.
Dillan has a huge amount of experience recruiting for some of the best companies in Australia including Qantas, Westpac and Atlassian. He has a particular passion in recruiting Creative roles, in particular; User Experience Design, User Interface Design and Product (UX/UI) Design roles. He is experienced working on Contract, Permanent and Executive Level opportunities having recently placed a Managing Director with a top Digital Agency in the Melbourne market (in November 2018).
Aside from work, Dillan is a DJ and producer of electronic music and a passionate Chicago Blackhawks (Ice Hockey) fan!
Alex Hill - Principal Consultant - Technology (Australia)
Alex' recruitment career began in 2006 when he obtained a graduate position with Progressive IT, part of the S3 group. This gave him exposure to one of the toughest and most successful recruitment training regimes in the industry. After deciding the world of large recruitment firms wasn't for him, Alex made the move to his first boutique specialist recruitment firm and has never looked back. Since then Alex has honed his skills as a professional, yet approachable and emotionally intelligent consultant who loves to see both his clients and candidates happy.
Alex is also an ex-business owner after he successfully set up and operated a hugely popular cafe in Manchester, which means he understands the importance of hiring the right people from an owners perspective and also the issues that arise if you get hiring wrong.
In 2013 Alex began recruiting for the digital technology markets in Melbourne and Sydney and has had success recruiting for organisations of all sizes and for positions from entry level to CTO. Alex has a genuine interest in the technologies candidates and clients are using and has plans to build his own mobile app one day.
In his spare time he is a frustrated Manchester United fan and proud Dad.
